Finding Peace – 2019 As the title suggests an 8 Week Course designed to calm your mind & invite a Peaceful Mindful practice into your Daily life

This 8 week Course covers weekly- Chasing your Tail/Why Do we Attack Ourselves/Waking up to the Life you Have/Moving Beyond the Rumor Mill/Turning towards Difficulties/Past & Present/Wild & Present Life/Daily Practise

Starting Wednesdays for 8 Weeks from 9th January 2019 – 1:30 – 3:00 pm

Wednesdays January 2019 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, February 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

Run by Sofia who is a certified teacher of Mindfulness since 2015. Open to all.  Research has identified Mindfulness Practice to have many benefits for mental and physical well-being. This course focuses particularly on bring a sense of mindful peace into our lives and its benefits for us our everyday. To increase our Health and Wellbeing. This is not a clinical course.

Each session comprises of a guided practice, creative habit releaser and time to reflect. With the psychology and scientific principles outlined. Between the weekly sessions participants are invited to continue practice at home, guided meditations will be sent via email. This will reinforce the learning and will enable you to make mindfulness part of your daily life.

€25 deposit – then €12 per session – last week no payment OR €96 in full paid week 1
