Join us for a day of Relaxation with a gentle introduction to Mindfulness, Shiatsu massage & Yoga Practise with Joanna, Lindsay and Sofia.

Mindfulness for Creativity – 

Yurt5 Week Course 

To  improve your health and creativity, to reduce anxiety, stress and calm your scattered mind

Venue In the Yurt at The Natural Retreat Salema, Algarve – October/November 2016

Details : Oct 13th 20th 27th /Nov 2rd 10th Thursday afternoons from 1.30 to 3.00 pm

Breathe, Adapt, Create, Gain Insight and Resilience

Open to all.  Research has identified Mindfulness Practice to have many benefits for mental and physical well-being. This course focuses particularly on Creativity and its benefit in our everyday lives.

Each session comprises of a guided practice, creative habit releaser and time to reflect. Between the weekly sessions participants are invited to continue practice at home, guided meditations will be sent via email. This will reinforce the learning and will enable you to make mindfulness part of your daily life.
